Exodus is a Christian youth discipleship organisation. With a full time staff of 7 and 250 plus volunteers, it works to provide opportunities for young people through venues, mentoring, small groups and short term teams.
This is an exciting role for someone enthused about the ministry of Exodus with strong relational and organisational skills. The individual will be responsible for devising and implementing a fundraising strategy for Exodus and seeking to raise funds for the delivery and development of the ministry.

Independent Evangelical Church in East Belfast is seeking to recruit a Youth Work coordinator to implement and develop work with young people in the local community and attract them into the life of the Church. The Youth Work Coordinator will be responsible for instigating and developing programmes, and will help develop the vision for youth work in the church, displaying an understanding of the local community.
This is a challenging role for a committed Christian who is innovative and enthusiastic and has a passion for working with young people. The ideal person will work in conjunction with the church leadership, and will seek to develop working relationships with other community organizations, families, schools and other agencies where appropriate.

Exodus is seeking to appoint a full-time Youth Ministry Co-ordinator, based in its Lisburn centre, to help develop the mininstry in Lisburn and the surrounding area.
This is an exciting role for someone enthused about the ministry of Exodus with strong relational and organisational skills.
The individual will be responsible for co-ordinating the venue programmes, supporting the management and development of the small group and mentoring ministries, training leaders and volunteers and building partnerships with the local churches and agencies.

To Co-ordinate First Lisburn’s Youth Ministry and undertake the duties of a youth worker, including outreach, taking the major responsibility for Pastoral care and Discipling of our young people thus helping them to grow in their Faith and find their active place in full membership of the Congregation and the wider Church. To liaise with, encourage, lead and, where appropriate, train our volunteer Youth Leaders.
• Be a committed Christian who is in sympathy with the beliefs, aims and practices of the Presbyterian Church In Ireland.
• Be educated to degree level.
• Have relevant experience in paid employment in a youth related setting e.g. youth work or teaching.
• Demonstrate reasonable experience of involvement in youth work in a church setting.
• Be willing to become a worshipping, communicant member of First Lisburn Presbyterian Church.
HOURS: 40/week
SALARY: £22,500 plus £500 personal training budget per annum.
